General Terms
The ACFPT fortnightly promotional sale (the “Sale”) is offered exclusively by ACFPT and applies only to specific products and services listed on the designated Sale promotion webpage at https://acfpt.com.au/sale (the “Sale Webpage”).
The initial products and services listed on the Sale Webpage will be available for a fixed period of 14 consecutive days (the “Promotion Period”). At the conclusion of each Promotion Period, the previous offers will expire, and a new set of promotional offers will be listed on the Sale Webpage. All offers are strictly subject to availability, and ACFPT reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any offer early without prior notice due to stock limitations, technical issues, or other reasonable commercial considerations.

The Sale is valid from 15 October 2025 to 30 October 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Offers are subject to availability and may end early due to sale limits or other reasons.

Discounts & Offers
Discounts cannot be applied to previously purchased items, or non-sale items.
Discounts are not transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions, coupons, or offers unless stated otherwise.
Discounts apply to Upfront course purchases only.
Eligibility
The Sale is open to all customers who are;
- New customers (no existing or prior purchase/enrolment in last 30 days)
- Minimum age 16
- Able to provide a valid USI
- Eligible to study in Australia with the Australian College of Fitness and Personal Training
Certain offers may require the use of a promo code at checkout.
Payment
All orders placed during the Sale are subject to the payment methods accepted by ACFPT. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Payment plans are not included within the sale.
Processing Time
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your enrolment to be processed. Kindly note that processing times may be longer due to high demand, and public holidays may also affect processing times.
Refunds
Where the learner has paid for their Qualification / Course in full at the time of enrolment and chooses to withdraw from the course within 7 days (cooling off period) of the date of enrolment a full refund is available.
Where the learner has paid for their Qualification / Course in full at the time of enrolment and chooses to withdraw from the course after 7 days (outside the cooling off period) from the date of enrolment no refund is available.
Fraud Prevention
ACFPT reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders suspected of fraud, including those placed using unauthorized or invalid payment methods.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to refuse, modify or cancel the Sale at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.
